Intelibly, founded by periodontist Dr. Eric Rindler, began with one mission: Reduce the friction to healthcare access by creating a platform that seamlessly connects patients with healthcare providers through trusted sources.
Initially focused on dental practices, Intelibly’s platform offers a unified interface for online appointment scheduling from previously untapped sources, making it easier for patients to book appointments and for providers to manage their schedules.
The company’s growth trajectory highlighted the need for a strong and scalable cloud infrastructure to support their expanding operations. Like many healthcare startups, Intelibly faced the ongoing challenge of balancing innovation with the stringent demands of common compliance frameworks like HIPAA and NIST, as well as securing healthcare data from increasingly sophisticated and ever-frequent cyber threats.

As Anton Domratchev, the CTO of Intelibly, explained, compliance with healthcare regulations is a top priority. “Compliance is probably one of the first things our customers ask,” says Anton. “They ask: ‘Are you compliant with HIPAA?’”
Intelibly had been relying on time-intensive manual processes to manage compliance, which not only consumed valuable resources but also left room for human error—risks no growing healthcare tech company can afford. Cloud Infrastructure Deep Dive Yields Confidence for Intelibly’s Growth
To best support Intelibly’s cloud infrastructure and their goals for growth, ClearDATA conducted an AWS Well-Architected Framework Review (WAFR), offered to all current customers, which reviews an organization’s current cloud infrastructure and processes. The review resulted in highest marks for Intelibly, with only one minor optimization needed, which was quickly remediated with ClearDATA’s help. It helped assure Intelibly that ClearDATA’s services were working and that their infrastructure was secure and compliant.
“It was good to receive feedback during the review that ClearDATA is doing everything that needs to be done,” says Anton. “We’re doing all the things we need to be doing, and the rest of it has been taken care of.”
The WAFR also provided the cloud intelligence his team needed to solidify and execute on the company’s growth strategy. “The most valuable aspect was reviewing our scalability to onboard large enterprise clients,” Anton emphasized.
Future Growth with ClearDATA’s Expertise
Intelibly is poised for growth, aiming to expand their operations and onboard more customers. Since partnering with ClearDATA in 2021, Inteliby has already nearly doubled its SMB customers. The company projects onboarding 40,000 new customers onto their platform in the first quarter of 2025 alone.
Anton notes that Intelibly plans to strategically leverage ClearDATA’s deep expertise and resources and is looking forward to what’s ahead.
